The Programme Advisory Phase begins with initial appointments, assessments, and strategy meetings, taking up to eight weeks to complete. During this phase, we focus on understanding the specific needs of the client through a detailed needs analysis. After registration, we introduce our carefully curated panel of tutors. Clients are then guided through a process of tutor pairing, which includes interviews and meet-and-greets to ensure the chosen mentor is a perfect fit for the student's needs.

Once the advisory stage-gate is completed, we move into Programme Pairing, which typically takes three weeks. During this phase, we finalise the tutor selection process, matching the student with their chosen mentor. This step involves both formal interviews and informal meetings between the tutor and client to establish rapport and ensure compatibility. The pairing process is designed to ensure that the tutor not only meets the academic needs of the student but also complements their learning style, personality, and long-term educational aspirations, fostering a more holistic and personalised learning experience.

After the tutor is paired with the student, we proceed to Programme Set Up, which lasts approximately four weeks. In this stage, we put together a tailored timetable and develop the best strategy for the student’s academic progression. Tutor inductions are conducted to ensure that the mentor is fully briefed on the programme structure and the student’s specific requirements. During this time, we also address logistical elements, ensuring that everything is in place for the smooth operation of the programme. This phase is critical in establishing the groundwork for a seamless and successful educational journey.

The Programme Activation stage-gate, which spans 1 to 12 months, marks the official start of the academic journey. Tutors arrive and undergo orientation, followed by introductions with the student. The bespoke programme is then launched, providing the student with full-time or semi-full-time guidance. Our programme includes master courses led by top-tier educators, covering areas such as advanced subject mastery, Oxbridge preparation, holiday revision, and intensive exam preparation for GCSEs, A-levels, and university entrance exams.
